Shipping policy

COMMERCIAL ORDER SHIPPING

Ybell Elite units are on pre-order. All units are expected to ship by late-July. Please reach out to your rep with further questions.

1. Commercial Order Shipping Time

All in-stock commercial orders will ship within 72 business hours from the time your TRX representative places the order—or from the requested ship date, if later. This ensures efficient and timely delivery of your products.

2. Order Changes & Shipping Quotes

To maintain smooth operations, any order changes must be communicated to TRX at least 72 business hours prior to the scheduled ship date.

• Changes requested within this window may not be accommodated and could result in additional charges.

• Shipping cost provided at the time of order placement are estimates and may be updated once the order is booked.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. TRX is not liable for delays, losses, or fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Once an order is staged, packed, or shipped, changes may incur fees (see Section 4).

4. Shipping / Warehouse Change Fees

If a change is requested after an order has been packed, staged, or fulfilled, the following change fees will apply:

• Ground Shipments: $25.00

• Freight Shipments: $150.00

Fees are applied per shipment and are non-refundable.

5. Storage Fees for Customer Pickups

TRX allows a 72-hour grace period from the time you are notified that your order is ready for pickup. After this period, storage fees will be charged as follows:

• $75.00 per day beyond the 72-hour window

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Sales Operations team at salesops@trxtraining.com with the following information:

• Purchase Order number (PO#) or Sales Order number (SO#)

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging (pallets or cartons)

• Delivery address for replacements

Please note that any customs, tariffs, or additional taxes are not included with the shipment cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Your available shipping options will appear during checkout. Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Please purchase from one of our Authorized International Distributors in these countries. Please note: Due to trade restrictions we do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.


ADDITIONAL COUNTRIES

If we do not have an authorized international distributor in your area, we will happily ship directly to you from the US. However, it may take longer and, depending on your country's customs fees, tariffs or additional import duties, it may cost a bit more.
