Confirm the authenticity of your TRX Products (Suspension Trainer or Rip Trainer) by entering your serial # and email address in the fields below. If you are unable to register your unit, please email us at customerservice@trxtraining.com with a clear picture of your product + serial # so we can have our team update it on our end.
Your serial number is located under our rubber badge above the handgrip. Please slide the badge up and away from the handgrip. The serial number is sewn onto the strap.
The serial number on your Rip Trainer is located on the product authenticity label. This label can be found at the end of the yellow bar. Note that some Rip Trainers may only have nine-digit serial numbers.
