Activate your warranty and confirm the authenticity of your TRX® Suspension TrainerTM, Rip® Trainer, and Studio LineTM by registering your products as soon as possible after purchase.
Confirm the authenticity of your Suspension Trainer or Rip Trainer by filling out the fields below within 30 days of purchase. If you are unable to register your unit, please email us at customerservice@trxtraining.com with a clear picture of your product & serial number so we can register it for you.
The serial number is located under the rubber badge above the handle. Please slide the badge up and away from the handle to reveal it.
The serial number is located on the product authenticity label. This label can be found at the end of the yellow bar. Note that some Rip Trainers may only have nine-digit serial numbers.
Register your Studio Line within 90 days of purchase to activate warranty coverage. If you are unable to register your unit, please email customerservice@trxtraining.com with a clear picture of your product & label number so we can register it for you.
Enter the 4-5 digit number found on the S/N line of the TRX Studio Line Serialization Label. Fill out the Config and Install Date fields manually, and apply this label to your Studio Line unit in a place that will be easy to locate if ever you need to submit a warranty claim. Ensure that all safety and warning labels are clearly visible on your Studio Line setup before allowing customers to use the equipment.
