RETURN POLICY
This policy applies only to TRX Commercial Customers. e-commerce customers should refer to our standard return policy.
We want you to be confident in your TRX purchase. If you need to return a product, here’s what you need to know:

60 Days to Return – All return requests must be submitted within 60 days of your invoice date. Contact TRX Sales Operations (salesops@trxtraining.com) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) (a return without a pre-authorized RMA will not be accepted)

Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to TRX. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for commercial orders.

Restocking Fees – All weighted items or palletized (LTL) shipments are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Product – Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items not meeting these requirements may be denied or incur additional fees.

Refunds – Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected. Any restocking fees will be deducted.

Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for security and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as it travels through the Internet.
SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If it holds you liable for any part of the $50.00, TRX will cover it. Of course, the liability has to have been the result of unauthorized use of your credit card from purchases made at TRXtraining.com while using the secure server.
In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their rules and procedures.
